Practice Unit Head- Security Awareness

As the Practice Unit Head for Security Awareness at EC-Council, your main role will involve leading the AWARE Business Unit, which focuses on Cybersecurity Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation Solutions. You will be responsible for driving enterprise growth, building global partnerships, and scaling cybersecurity SaaS solutions in a competitive B2B environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the P&L and sales strategy for EC-Council's AWARE business unit across India and global markets. - Drive new business acquisition through enterprise sales in cybersecurity. - Develop and execute a robust go-to-market (GTM) plan for AWARE's security awareness and simulation suite including phishing, smishing, vishing, gamified e-learning, and behavioral analytics. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on solution-based selling, pipeline development, and long-term customer relationships. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, campaigns, and solution delivery with client requirements. - Forecast, track, and report key metrics (pipeline, revenue, conversion ratios) to senior leadership. - Represent EC-Council's AWARE platform at cybersecurity conferences, CXO roundtables, and industry forums to build brand visibility and thought leadership. **Qualifications Required:** - 12-18 years of proven experience in hardcore sales of Cybersecurity Products/SaaS/Information Security Solutions. - Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, B2B sales, and achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar annual targets. - Strong understanding of Security Awareness Training, Phishing Simulation, or Information Security Compliance markets. - Experience in channel sales, partner ecosystems, and global account management preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives. - Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and ability to scale a fast-growing business unit.
