Practice Head Cloud

As the Cloud Practice Head, you will be responsible for providing leadership, strategy, and a clear vision for the practice. Your role will involve driving the adoption and optimization of cloud technologies to ensure that our clients and internal teams benefit from best-in-class cloud solutions. You will lead a team of cloud architects, engineers, and specialists, recruit, train, and mentor cloud professionals, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the practice. Collaboration with sales and business development teams to identify clients and act as a trusted advisor to provide strategic guidance on cloud solutions will be crucial. Furthermore, you will work closely with security and compliance teams to address concerns and ensure adherence to industry compliances and security best practices. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging cloud technologies to inform strategy will also be a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices, along with extensive experience in cloud services and relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proven leadership and management experience, including leading teams and driving strategic initiatives, is essential. Strong business acumen and the ability to align cloud solutions with business goals are required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills will be beneficial in this role. A valid B1 is preferred for this position.,
