PR Intern

As a team member at Jajabor Brand Consultancy, you will be involved in various responsibilities to support the public relations efforts. Your role will include: - Assisting in the development and execution of PR campaigns. - Drafting and distributing press releases and media kits. - Monitoring media coverage and compiling reports on press activities. - Supporting the execution of social media strategies. - Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. - Helping organize and promote events and press conferences. - Maintaining and updating media contact lists. - Engaging with influencers and industry professionals. - Contributing to brainstorming sessions for new PR initiatives. - Assisting in creating content for newsletters and blogs. - Providing administrative support to the PR team. - Responding to media inquiries in a timely manner. - Collaborating with other departments on cross-functional projects. - Tracking and analyzing PR metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. - Staying updated on industry news and relevant events. Qualifications required for this role: - Pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with social media platforms and trends. - Basic knowledge of PR principles and practices. - Creative mindset with a proactive attitude. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Previous internship or volunteer experience in PR is a plus. - Strong research abilities to support campaign development. - Experience with content creation tools is an advantage. - Networking skills for building media relationships. - Understanding of the branding process. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated interest in media and communications. - Availability to work on-site in India.
