PPIC Manager

Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA
Experience: Minimum 5 years in PPIC, preferably in sterile injectables

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage material flow and production schedules for injectable manufacturing.
• Create and maintain MRP schedules for APIs, excipients, and packaging materials.
• Coordinate purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and material expediting.
• Maintain buffer stock, track lead times, and ensure timely reordering.
• Interface with Production, QA, and Stores to eliminate supply-chain bottlenecks.
• Publish weekly reports on production vs. plan and inventory status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in a PPIC role within sterile injectable/pharma manufacturing.
• Mandatory: Experience handling ampoules, vials & lyophilized products.

Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
