PPC & Meta Ads Specialist

We need someone who actually knows how to spend ads budget without lighting it on fire. This role owns paid acquisition across search, display, and social. Strategy, execution, optimisation, reporting. Not just button-clicking.

This is a contract-based position tied to a specific client engagement. Continuation of the role is dependent on the duration of the client contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Optimse campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with creative and content teams on ad copy and creatives
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking, pixels, and events
• Monitor budgets, bids, and performance on an ongoing basis
• Execute A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Proven experience handling monthly ad budgets of ₹1–1.5 lakh
• Strong knowledge of Google Search, Display, Call, and Performance Max
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram
• Proven experience improving campaign efficiency and performance metrics
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
• Ability to analyze data and communicate results effectively

Contract Terms

• This role is offered on a contract basis
• The contract is client-dependent and aligned with a specific account
• If the client engagement ends, the contract will conclude accordingly
