About the Role: As a Manager (Amazon), your role will include revitalizing our E-Commerce, driving
engagement, building impactful collaborations, and refining content strategy.
Functional Parameters:
PPC & Advertising Management:
\uF076 Lead the PPC & advertising Team
\uF076 Develop strategies, set performance KPIs, optimize resources, and continuously refine campaigns.
\uF076 Develop, implement, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands,
Sponsored Display, and DSP).
\uF076 Set performance KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, TACoS) and continuously refine ad strategies to maximize
profitability.
\uF076 Perform bid optimization, keyword research, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
\uF076 Work closely with the Data Analyst Team to track campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies
accordingly.
\uF076 A/B test ad creatives, product titles, and descriptions to improve conversions.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
\uF076 Lead the Data Analyst Team to track sales trends, advertising performance, and competitive
benchmarks.
\uF076 Use data insights to guide advertising spend, pricing strategy, and inventory planning.
\uF076 Implement automation and AI tools to optimize PPC campaigns dynamically.
\uF076 Create weekly and monthly reports on PPC performance and growth strategies.
Time-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches:
\uF076 Oversee the Time-to-Market Team to ensure timely and successful product launches on Amazon.
\uF076 Align marketing strategies with product launch timelines for maximum visibility and sales.
\uF076 Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability before launching
campaigns.
\uF076 Plan pre-launch, launch, and post-launch PPC strategies for new products.
Listing & Conversion Optimization:
\uF076 Manage the Listing Team create listing and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+
Content for better rankings.
\uF076 Work on keyword research and SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
\uF076 Ensure brand consistency, enhanced brand content, and engaging product images to boost conversion
rates.
\uF076 Collaborate with the creative team for compelling product videos and lifestyle images.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership:












\uF076 Lead, mentor, and train team members across PPC, data analytics, time-to-market, and listings.
\uF076 Foster collaboration between teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
\uF076 Stay updated on Amazon trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to maintain a
competitive edge.
