PPC Manager

As a PPC Manager in the Offset Printing & Packaging industry based in Ahmedabad, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with marketing and clients for orders and dispatch. You will be required to create product masters and order forms in ERP systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning job cards, raw material procurement, and production schedules to ensure timely deliveries. It will be crucial for you to optimize machine usage and effectively coordinate with internal teams. Leading a team of 23 PPC executives will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess strong planning, leadership, and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful coordination with various stakeholders. Accuracy in record-keeping is a key requirement to maintain efficient operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry. A B.Sc. degree in Statistics (preferred) or a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is required for this role. The age bracket for this position is 25-35 years, and male candidates are preferred. The salary offered for this position ranges from 60,000 to 75,000 per month as a take-home salary, with the potential for performance-based increments.
