PPC Manager

As a Paid Ads Specialist, your role will involve managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. You will leverage your data-driven approach and creativity to drive ROI-positive outcomes through hands-on experience in media buying, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). - Conduct audience and keyword research to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Monitor and analyze ad performance daily, optimizing for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. - Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to enhance performance. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad assets. - Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights. - Stay informed about the latest ad trends, tools, and platform changes. Requirements: - Possess 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. - Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Facebook Pixel. - Ability to craft compelling ad copy and provide guidance for creative production. - Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate strategies. - Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
