Job Title: PPC Executive (Production Planning & Control)

Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented PPC Executive responsible for production planning, scheduling, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and optimized production performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production plans based on orders & delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, store & dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
• Monitor WIP, raw material consumption & machine capacity utilization.
• Track production status & update ERP system with plan vs actual output.
• Create & maintain job cards, planning sheets & production MIS reports.
• Follow-up on material availability & escalate shortages to procurement team.
• Ensure timely dispatch planning as per OTIF targets.
• Review bottlenecks & support continuous improvement in planning & scheduling.
• Coordinate with QC for batch clearance, inspections & documentation.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of production planning & scheduling methods.
• Strong analytical & follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in ERP / SAP / Advanced Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities & work under timelines.
• Knowledge of inventory control & material requirement planning (MRP).

Qualification

• Diploma / B. E / B. Tech – Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.93 - ₹35,000.17 per year
