Position:

MIL-Grade Power Supply Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop MIL-grade DC-DC and AC-DC power supplies for defense and aerospace systems.

• Ensure compliance with MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-810.

• Perform circuit design, simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout for high-reliability electronics.

• Lead qualification, environmental, and quality testing for ruggedized products.

• Prepare design documentation, test procedures, and validation reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MIL-grade power supply design and testing.

• Expertise in power electronics topologies (Isolated DC-DC, AC-DC, PFC, EMI/EMC filters).

• Strong knowledge of PCB design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or similar.

• Experience with EMI/EMC, thermal, vibration, and environmental testing.

• Familiarity with defense/aerospace quality systems (DO-160, AS9100 preferred).
