We are focused on building a reliable, high-quality product line supported by efficient production practices. Job Overview: We are hiring a CNC Press Brake Operator for our fabrication unit. You will operate and maintain Amada RG M2 1003 and Hindustan Hydraulics EHP 200 press brake machines. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, on-time bending of components that are critical to elevator manufacturing. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC press brake machines for metal bending Perform routine daily maintenance and ensure machine readiness Inspect bent components for dimensional accuracy; stop production if defects are found Work with supervisors to streamline workflow and minimize errors Maintain clear records and follow quality procedures Be open to cross-training on CNC laser cutting machines to broaden skills Ideal Candidate: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating CNC press brake machines Ability to read engineering drawings and bend specifications Knowledge of tooling, setup, and machine operation Strong attention to quality and willingness to take responsibility for final output Experience in the elevator industry is a plus , but not required Willingness to learn and grow into cross-functional roles over time Work Schedule: Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Days: Monday to Saturday Breaks: 30-minute lunch + two tea breaks of 1015 minutes Overtime: Paid as per actuals Employment Terms: 15-day probation period with fair hourly wage Upon confirmation, transition to regular employment Group Health Insurance and PF available after 3 months of confirmed employment How to Apply: Call +91 79898 81886 or Email ashvik@avslifts.com with your resume or background summary.
