Job Title- Maintenance Engineer Company- Regal Rexnord Corporation (US-based Motor Manufacturing Company) Payroll- Team Lease (On Third Party Payroll) Location- DLF Model Town, Sector 11, Faridabad, Haryana 121006 (1 Km from Bata Chowk Metro Station) Experience - Minimum 3 years Working Days - 6 days (Monday - Saturday) Roles and Responsibilities- Take care of High speed Power Presses, welding machines, Paint shop, grinding machines, CNCs, Conveyors, EOT cranes, DG, compressors Take care of mechanical system, knowledge of mechanical drawing Take care of Hydraulic and pneumatic system Maintain and adhere schedule of ISO, EHS ISO, TPM, Kaizen, 5S Adhere schedule of Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance Machine selection and commissioning along with CTQ's Establishment & Handed over to Production after Approval. Continuous improvement on machines by using Lean Tools.. TPM, waste Identification , Kaizen , Gemba Create VCP ideas to reduce LOVC costs Monitoring of various type of record MTBF, MTTR, OEE, Uptime and PNG and electricity monitoring etc. Make the system and machinery more safe by doing safety kaizen and regular Gemba Other Key Responsibilities: Ensure operations comply with safety and quality Keep record of improvement(safety, sustainability, kaizen) in PPT form Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills: B.
