Role: Power Platform Technical Lead
Experience: 6 - 8 years
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu - Hybrid/Remote, Bangalore to Chennai relocation okay for candidates.

Overview
Experienced Power Platform Technical Lead with 8+ years in software development, including 5+
years in Power Platform. Deep expertise in Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Strong
architectural and leadership skills.

Primary / Mandatory Skills
 Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) – scalable, responsive design
 Dataverse – advanced data modelling, security, and integration
 Power FX – complex logic and expressions
 Power Automate – advanced workflows and automation
 ALM – CI/CD, DevOps, solution packaging
 Custom connectors, PCF components, error handling

Responsibilities
 Lead the design and development of scalable Power Platform solutions.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical
specifications.
 Ensure best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
 Mentor junior developers and guide the team through technical challenges.
 Manage ALM processes including CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
 Develop custom connectors and PCF components as needed.

Good to Have Skills
 Stay updated on latest Power Platform features.
 Strong architectural and leadership skills.

Qualifications
 8+ years in software development, 5+ years in Power Platform
 Proven delivery of enterprise-scale Power Platform projects
 Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps
 Excellent communication and team leadership skills
