Job Title: Power Platform Technical Lead

Position Overview:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solution Development:

  Responsible for delivering business solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint, with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Flows, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power BI, AI Builder/Co-Pilot, and SPFx.

• Technical Leadership:

  Develop custom web parts, extensions, and solutions using SPFx, and act as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Power Platform for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Architecture and Design:

  Design, architect, and develop custom scalable solutions on Power Platform and AI builder models, ensuring best practices and alignment with business objectives.

• Project Guidance:

  Provide direction to internal project teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of quality work and guiding troubleshooting and solution strategies.

• Client Engagement:

  Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technical solutions with their strategic goals, producing technical and software specification documentation to facilitate solution implementation.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs, while promoting the creation and adoption of reusable assets.

• Customization and Support:

  Customize and extend Power Platform applications through configuration and development, maintaining documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides, while providing technical support and troubleshooting.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Power Platform and other relevant technologies, constantly looking to improve solution quality and innovation.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Power Platform technologies.
• Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Experience with Power Platform governance, security, and administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Certifications:

• PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (Required)
• PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (Good to have)
