Job Description

Monitor applications running on the platform and ensure SL2, working closely with the Maintenance team.
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related technologies.
Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities, conducting process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes, train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions, and manage small to mid-size projects within our governance framework.
Support and coach colleagues developing small applications within our 'creator' program.

Job Requirements

Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Apps, including desktop and cloud flows.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with strong communication skills.
Experience in Team management or lead is preferred, with LLM's being an added advantage.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting.
Hands-on experience with API integration and web services.
