Power Platform Team Lead

As a Power Platform Team Lead at TUV SUD South Asia Ltd., your role involves a combination of team leadership, application monitoring, development of RPA solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring applications on the platform run smoothly while adhering to governance principles. Additionally, you will design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, and related technologies, incorporating AI Agents where relevant. You will analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and provide technical guidance for RPA implementation. Collaborating with stakeholders, conducting testing, and supporting end-users are also key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will manage small to mid-sized projects within the governance framework and provide support to colleagues developing applications in the creator program. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor applications on the platform and ensure SL2, in collaboration with the Maintenance team - Ensure Maintenance team prioritizes tasks accordingly - Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, and related technologies - Utilize AI Agents to build relevant solutions - Analyze business processes for automation opportunities - Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation - Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs - Conduct testing and quality assurance of automated processes - Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions - Manage small to mid-sized projects within the governance framework - Support and coach colleagues developing applications in the creator program Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Apps, including desktop and cloud flows - Proficiency in API integration and web services - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation - Experience in team management or leadership - Familiarity with LLM's is a plus - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or related field Please note that the work area for this role is Digital, IT, IT Security & Safety, and the job location is in Pune, India.
