Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power Plant Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our client's 200 KLPD ethanol distillery power plant, including a 37 TPH AFBC Boiler, a 4.5 MW Triveni Turbine, Water Treatment Plant, and Effluent Treatment Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and environmentally compliant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the complete operation and maintenance of the Boiler, Turbine, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
• Ensure the efficient, safe, and reliable operation of all power plant equipment.
• Implement, maintain, and enforce environmental compliance and safety protocols across the plant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize overall plant performance.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, operational procedures, and departmental budgets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in power plant operations and management.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of boiler (specifically AFBC), turbine, WTP, and ETP operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of industrial safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
