Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Plant Engineering Location: Vikarabad District, Telangana Experience: 8 to 12 Years Salary: 6 lakhs to 9 lakhs per annum Required: Male Note: Preferably with experience in a distillery or similar industry. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power Plant Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our client's 200 KLPD ethanol distillery power plant, including a 37 TPH AFBC Boiler, a 4.5 MW Triveni Turbine, Water Treatment Plant, and Effluent Treatment Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and environmentally compliant operations. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the complete operation and maintenance of the Boiler, Turbine, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). Ensure the efficient, safe, and reliable operation of all power plant equipment. Implement, maintain, and enforce environmental compliance and safety protocols across the plant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize overall plant performance. Develop and manage maintenance schedules, operational procedures, and departmental budgets. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national regulatory requirements. Requirements: Minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in power plant operations and management. Strong, hands-on knowledge of boiler (specifically AFBC), turbine, WTP, and ETP operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. In-depth understanding of industrial safety protocols and environmental regulations.
