Requirement for Power Electronics Engineer (Online UPS/ Servo Stabiliser)

Shorey E-Solutions is looking for a professional, active power electronics engineer for Online UPS & Servo Stabiliser. This position is Full time.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• A candidate from Electronics background & experience in repair and designing of PCBs with good knowledge of Electronic components & their testing.
• Ordering supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, making measurement sheets/Bill of material and training new employees.
• Familiar with PCB repairing equipment and doing rebelling for MCU/MPU, IC, Flash IC, PMIC, BGA, LCR and PMU by using flux and hot air gun blower
• Responsible for completing and updating any pending installations, break down calls,UPS & Battery Charger maintenance, Wiring of UPS, Attending & rectifying site problems.
• Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components
• Valuates interface between hardware and Software
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and Must be aware of All electrical Switchgears and their operations
• Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
• Hands on experience on digital circuits for Power Distribution and sensing boards.
• Perform assembly and wiring of hardware.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

**Duties and Responsibilities can be modified at any time as per the requirement.

Requirements/Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications engineering Candidates with degree/diploma in relevant fields preferred.
• Previous experience in a technical environment with proven leadership abilities.
• Ability to identify key issues.
• Strong working knowledge of electronic application or repair techniques.
• Minimum 2 yr of work experience in similar domains.
• Problem Solving Ability
• Ability to self-manage
• Good communication skills.

Work conditions (not limited to) read thoroughly:

• One month full salary will be kept as security in preceding months (deduction in consecutive two months as 50% each month). The same shall be reimbursed (at actual value only WITHOUT any interest or additional charges) at the time of candidate leaving the company by serving the required notice period.
• NO OVER TIME whatsoever may be the case shall be applicable. Since, If any testing and manufacturing procedure are in progress and demands extra time (if required).
• WORK DAY IS ACCOUNTED if utilised for more than 2hrs. Attending a complaint/emergency is not accounted for.
• No advance will be given in any conditions in the first year of your employment/association with the company.
• Expenses made for work will be reimbursed against the expense sheet weekly (Not acceptable beyond 15 days of the expense date).
• Unplanned leaves shall be deducted as 3 days (except medical conditions to be supported by documents)
• Travel time is not accounted for the job that includes customer site/work site visits etc as and if required and same shall not be compensated as overtime.
• Food charges as per company payout policy.
• Night inconvenience charges will be given for work more than 2 days at one place, room to be taken (to be compensated as per the company payout policy)
• The working days are 6 working days a week and the holiday shall be roaster based.
