Power BI Tech Lead

• Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Report Builder solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of BI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the BI development team.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in BI development.
• Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years

  of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

• 2+ years of Healthcare experience to understand data models, attributes etc.

• Expert-level proficiency in

  Power BI

  (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• Strong hands-on experience with

  SQL

  (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Proficiency in

  SSRS

  and

  Report Builder

  .
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of BI developers.
