Power BI Lead

You should have a minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience and be located in Pune Baner/Vimaan Nagar. Your work model will be hybrid, with Wednesday and Thursday being work from office from 12 PM to 9 PM. Experience in the Banking or GRC domain is preferred. As a Power BI Lead, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. You will create efficient data models, develop complex DAX expressions, and optimize report performance using best practices in Power BI and SQL. You will configure and manage Power BI Data Gateways for secure data access, define workspace and security policies, implement row-level security, and establish data refresh schedules. Additionally, you will integrate Power BI reports with external applications, work with REST APIs, and optimize database performance. In terms of governance and security, you will define a governance framework, monitor user access and usage analytics, manage user roles and data security. Skills in PowerApps and Power Automate are nice-to-have, enabling you to build applications, automate data flows and reporting updates, and integrate Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate for end-to-end business process automation. Collaboration with stakeholders, providing training to users, developing self-service frameworks, and troubleshooting performance issues will also be part of your responsibilities.
