Power BI Data Analyst

As a Microsoft Business Intelligence ("MSBI") Architect at Exusia, a cutting-edge digital transformation consultancy, your role will be part of the Analytics practice and will involve delivering top-notch technology solutions based on Azure, MSBI, and Databricks stack for clients. You will also contribute to competency development, drive innovation through internal initiatives, and have over 6 years of experience with a broad exposure to Microsoft technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on client projects to deliver Microsoft-based Data engineering & Analytics solutions - Provide hands-on technical leadership for relevant technical skills on multiple projects if required - Engineer and implement scalable analytics solutions on both on-premise & Cloud platforms - Design data pipelines to ingest & integrate structured/unstructured data from heterogeneous sources - Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure timely project delivery adhering to quality standards - Contribute to the growth of the Microsoft Analytics practice by assisting with solutioning for prospects - Support talent recruitment, competency building, and provide mentorship to junior resources **Qualifications Required:** - In-depth knowledge of SQL Server/SSIS with solid experience in using SSIS for ETL processing - Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and demonstrated hands-on experience on at least 1 project - Strong familiarity with Azure Data pipeline tools such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks - Working knowledge of Power BI & Embedded Analytics using Power BI Embedded and .NET - Problem-solving skills, good interpersonal & communication skills - Self-starter capable of working with various Azure Services in the Analytics space **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Working knowledge of SSRS and SSAS - Exposure to Analytics services available on Azure - Installation & Configuration of Microsoft tools both On-Premise & Azure - Understanding of Data Modeling & Other ETL tools is desirable - Exposure to Other BI / Visual Analysis tools like Tableau, Looker is desirable At Exusia, a global technology consulting company, you will be empowered to accelerate business objectives and provide strategies and solutions in data management and analytics.
