Power BI Data Analyst

Exusia, a cutting-edge digital transformation consultancy, is seeking a Microsoft Business Intelligence ("MSBI") Architect to join the global delivery team's Industry Analytics practice in India. As an MSBI/Databricks Architect, your role will be integral to the Analytics practice, focusing on providing top-notch technology solutions using Azure, MSBI, and Databricks stack for clients. You will not only work on client projects to deliver Microsoft-based Data engineering & Analytics solutions but also provide hands-on technical leadership, design data pipelines, and collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure project delivery within quality standards. Your responsibilities will include working on client projects, providing technical leadership, engineering scalable analytics solutions on premise & Cloud platforms, designing data pipelines, collaborating with delivery leadership, contributing to the growth of the Microsoft Analytics practice, and aiding in talent recruitment and mentorship of junior resources. It is essential to have in-depth knowledge of SQL Server/SSIS, experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks, working knowledge of Power BI & Embedded Analytics, problem-solving skills, interpersonal & communication skills, and the ability to work with various Azure Services in the Analytics space. Desirable skills include knowledge of SSRS and SSAS, exposure to Analytics services on Azure, installation & configuration of Microsoft tools, understanding of Data Modeling & ETL tools, and exposure to other BI/Visual Analysis tools like Tableau and Looker.
