*Workspace & User Management: Admins manage users, workspaces, and data sources, set up security policies, and monitor usage and performance 1.
*License & Capacity Oversight: Includes assigning workspaces to capacities, managing user permissions, and configuring memory usage for both Premium and Embedded capacities 1.
*Security & Governance: Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and monitor audit logs to ensure data protection
*Data Gateway Configuration: Install and configure gateways to refresh and schedule datasets 3.
*Report & Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain and optimize reports using DAX, Power Query, and *Power Pivot; apply filters and visualizations as per business needs 3 2.
*Automation & Integration: Use REST APIs and Python for automating report generation and integrating with other systems
