Power Automate flows

Role & responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and recommend best practices for automation.
• Integrate Power Automate flows with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and other external systems using APIs and connectors.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug Power Automate flows to ensure seamless operation.
• Document processes, configurations, and workflows, and provide user training where necessary.
• Monitor automation workflows for any errors or issues and proactively resolve them.
• Stay updated on new features, capabilities, and best practices for Power Automate and Power Platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in using Power Automate connectors, expressions, and actions to design complex workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and other integration protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within workflows and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
