Poultry Executive

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day poultry operations, supporting field teams, and driving performance in poultry management and development initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating with veterinary professionals, maintaining accurate records, providing technical guidance, analyzing farm performance metrics, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and assisting in planning, budgeting, and procurement related to poultry operations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor day-to-day poultry operations including farm management, nutrition, health care, and biosecurity. - Coordinate with veterinary professionals and suppliers to ensure animal well-being and farm efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of stock, feed, health, and production performance. - Provide technical guidance and training to on-ground staff. - Analyze farm performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies. - Assist in planning, budgeting, and procurement related to poultry operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Poultry Science, or a related field. - 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in poultry farm operations or poultry project management. - Strong understanding of poultry health, nutrition, and production systems. - Excellent communication and team management skills. - Ability to work independently and handle field-level challenges.
