*pROwth* is looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Post Purchase / Shiprocket Knowledge Creator. If you have experience in post-purchase operations, logistics platforms, or Shiprocket, and love creating knowledge resources, this role is for you!

Location: Udaipur (Work From Office)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain knowledge resources for post-purchase operations, including Shiprocket processes.

• Document workflows, SOPs, and guidelines for internal teams.

• Analyze post-purchase data to identify process improvements.

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and return processes.

• Provide training materials, tutorials, and guides for team members.

Requirements:

✅ 1–2 years of experience in post-purchase operations, logistics, or e-commerce platforms (Shiprocket knowledge is a must)

✅ Strong documentation and content creation skills

✅ Good communication and coordination skills

✅ Analytical mindset with attention to detail

✅ Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
