Role Overview: As a Post Purchase / Shiprocket Knowledge Creator at *pROwth*, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge resources for post-purchase operations, specifically focusing on Shiprocket processes. Your role will involve documenting workflows, SOPs, and guidelines, analyzing post-purchase data for process improvements, coordinating with internal teams for smooth delivery and return processes, and providing training materials for team members. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain knowledge resources for post-purchase operations, particularly Shiprocket processes. - Document workflows, SOPs, and guidelines for internal teams. - Analyze post-purchase data to identify process improvements. - Coordinate with operations, logistics, and support teams to ensure efficient delivery and return processes. - Develop training materials, tutorials, and guides for team members. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience in post-purchase operations, logistics, or e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of Shiprocket processes. - Proficiency in documentation and content creation. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
