Key Responsibilities:

·        Analyse manufacturing operations to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions

·        Conduct Time & Motion Studies, SMED, Line Balancing, and Layout Design

·        Develop and implement SOPs for standardized operations

·        Perform Value-Added/Non-Value-Added (VA/NVA) analysis to eliminate Process /waste

·        Generate and analyse daily OEE reports (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

·        Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to boost plant efficiency

·        Promote and maintain 5S, Poka-Yoke, and lean manufacturing practices

·        Drive productivity through workflow automation and tool changeover optimization

·        Prior exposure to food processing or FMCG manufacturing environments

·        Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Location: Sinnar – Nasik-MH

Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Education: BE/DME in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
