POS Application Analyst (F&B Industry) - Nanakramguda (Hyderabad)

Organization: The Organisation Harley’s Fine Baking (https://www.harleys.com/), is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.

Designation: Application Analyst (Posist Software)

Work Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or PG Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Applications, or a related field.

Experience:

1. Senior Analyst: 3+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, training, and support of transaction processing systems (ERP/POS/OLTP).

2. Junior Analyst: 1+ years of relevant experience in supporting packaged applications or (ERP/POS) solutions.

Job Role: The Application Analyst will lead and support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, training, and support of Posist software across all operational touchpoints nationwide. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure Posist is optimally configured and aligned with business SOPs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth understanding of Posist modules (training provided).
• Configure and implement Posist modules in collaboration with Operations and SCM teams.
• Act as the first point of contact for functional and technical support on Posist.
• Coordinate with Posist Technologies for escalations and advanced support.
• Conduct training sessions and periodic refreshers for end-users.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, updates, and support logs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose system enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in using or supporting transaction-based systems (ERP/POS/OLTP).
• Hands-on experience in configuring packaged software applications.
• Familiarity with store management, POS, or production systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of integration concepts and data workflows.

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to Posist software is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of food & beverage, QSR, or retail domain operations.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users.
• Ability to manage vendor coordination and system issue tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
