Portfolio Strategy & Governance Lead

You will be joining the Technology Project & Portfolio Management team as a strategic and results-driven candidate. Your main responsibility will be to enhance the impact and efficiency of the portfolio management function by driving alignment with divisional strategy, optimizing operating and engagement models, and leading key initiatives such as investment planning, QBR analysis, and portfolio governance. We are looking for someone who can bring a structured, strategic approach and a passion for delivering business value through effective portfolio oversight. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement an effective operating and engagement model for the portfolio management function. - Shape and execute a robust portfolio management strategy with well-defined, client-driven, and strategic OKRs supported by a clear roadmap. - Develop, implement, and maintain portfolio governance policies to ensure division-wide adoption and compliance with internal and external requirements. - Lead the creation of high-quality Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks, investment analysis, and executive-level materials for informed decision-making. - Support the annual investment planning cycle by driving a structured prioritization approach for informed senior management decisions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology leaders to ensure portfolio insights inform key decisions. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in technology investment planning, portfolio management, and governance frameworks. - Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, governance models, and best practices. - Ability to align portfolio decisions with broader business strategy and articulate value to senior stakeholders. - Strong communication skills with executive presence to influence and engage senior leadership. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and data analysis to develop compelling executive-level presentations. - Background in top-tier consultancy or equivalent experience in structured, strategic environments.,
