Portfolio Solution Engineer, Actimize

As a Financial Crime Portfolio Solutions Engineer at NiCE Actimize, your role is crucial in supporting the partner ecosystem to sell cutting-edge financial crime and compliance solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Educating and training partner sales and technical teams on financial crime solutions such as AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and fraud detection. - Providing guidance on positioning strategies, competitive differentiation, and value proposition messaging. - Developing and delivering partner onboarding materials, solution playbooks, and technical collateral. - Collaborating with Actimize Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Product teams to design and maintain robust references. - Leading product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer requirements. - Assisting partners with RFI/RFP responses, presentations, and technical documentation. - Guiding partners in solution architecture best practices for Actimize SaaS and on-prem deployments. - Providing hands-on support or escalation during complex partner-led demos or pilots. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, solution consulting, or partner-facing role within the financial crime or fintech sector. - Strong understanding of financial crime compliance processes. - Experience with compliance technology platforms, case management systems, and data integrations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience with SaaS and on-prem enterprise software architectures, including APIs, data ingestion, and cloud services. - Proven success in delivering partner technical enablement and support on a global scale.
