Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Initiate portfolio analysis on identified set of clients -
Measure portfolio health across equity and non-equity product holdings for identified set of clients using established parameters at fixed intervals to ensure continuity
Identify opportunities for rebalancing -
Identify situations and opportunities from existing portfolio vis--vis our Research recommendation for stocks, funds, investment ideas and create a suggested approach document in standard template.
Engage to adopt -
Disseminate the suggested ideas to front end to initiate conversation. Create accountability by engaging with team members to improve adoption and eventually leading to execution.

Contributing Responsibilities

Initiate client portfolio performance measurement on identified base at fixed intervals
Identify opportunities within available recommendation universe of stocks, investment ideas as released and Bloomberg recommendations; for clients portfolio
Create rebalancing recommendations, new investment initiations and diversification as the case maybe
Create talking points from the analysis and release to front end for engagement with client. Wherever required, engage with client directly to help adoption and guide.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in leading enablement initiatives and or automation/project management/system design
Experience in BFSI preferred
