Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing relationships and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase portfolio revenues. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective relationship management. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and services to clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI landscape. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Drive cross-selling and upselling of products and services to maximize revenue potential. Job Requirements Proven experience in portfolio relationship management or a related field within the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
