Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing project management activities and contributing to defining project scope, goals, and deliverables for implementations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing project plans and tracking progress throughout the project life cycle - Coordinating project activities with stakeholders - Managing scope, issues, and risks, and escalating to leadership as appropriate - Liaising with project stakeholders to manage expectations surrounding project scope, deliverables, resources, schedule, and cost - Establishing and maintaining effective communications with team members, stakeholders, and senior management - Ensuring effective change management throughout the project - Managing the day-to-day relationship with clients and stakeholders - Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope - Identifying opportunities for project management process improvements You should possess the following qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management - M. Pharm/ MBA qualification - Experience in US, EU, ROW market - Basic understanding of formulation and regulatory aspects - Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written - Good written and communication skills and strong team player - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to maintain a positive attitude and vision with clients and team members Additionally, you should demonstrate the following competencies: - Excellent communication skills - Cross-functional team collaboration - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Self-starter This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
