Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and scheduling puja services from booking to completion
• Communicate with customers and pandits in

  Hindi and English

  to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support in resolving customer queries and service-related issues
• Help manage daily operational tasks and booking workflows
• Ensure puja services follow

  cultural, ritual, and quality standards

• Maintain accurate records and coordination details using internal systems

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate / Final-year student / Recent graduate (preferred)
• Fluency in

  Hindi and English

  (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in operations, customer service, or service coordination
• Basic understanding of Hindu rituals is a plus (training will be provided)
• Comfortable using technology, WhatsApp, phone calls, and office applications
• Ability to work

  on-site

  and collaborate within a team environment
