Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Polymer Sales professional located in Gurgaon. The role involves managing and expanding the customer base, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the sales lifecycle. Daily responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, providing solutions, and achieving sales targets. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to drive revenue and achieve targets
• Proficiency in conducting Training sessions to maintain team performance and enhance sales capabilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address customer needs effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in polymers, chemicals, or related industries is an advantage
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
