Job Description : Executive Assistant to COO Role Overview The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior management (such as CEO, Directors, etc.) in a manufacturing set up. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, resourceful, and experienced in suppor􏰀ng leadership within manufacturing or a related industry. Key Responsibilities It Manage and maintain executive schedules, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. It Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.). It Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and necessary documents for meetings. It Attend meetings; take and distribute minutes; track and follow up on action items.  Liaise with internal departments and external par􏰀es, including vendors and clients.  Assist with the prepara􏰀on and management of office and execu􏰀ve budgets.  Oversee and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.  Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and paper).  Support manufacturing opera􏰀ons logis􏰀cs when required, including coordina􏰀ng between departments on workflow or produc􏰀on schedule updates.  Handle confiden􏰀al company informa􏰀on with integrity and discre􏰀on. Qualifica􏰀ons & Experience  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  3–5 years' experience as an execu􏰀ve assistant or similar administra􏰀ve role, with at least some experience in the manufacturing sector.  Proficiency in Microso􏰁 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  Strong organiza􏰀onal and 􏰀me-management skills.  Excellent verbal and wri􏰃en communica􏰀on abili􏰀es.  Ability to operate with a high degree of discre􏰀on and confiden􏰀ality. Preferred Skills  Calendar and travel management.  Experience with process documenta􏰀on or workflow support.  Understanding of basic manufacturing processes or produc􏰀on terminology.  Strong a􏰃en􏰀on to detail and follow-through.  Ability to mul􏰀task and work in a fast-paced environment.
