About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and politically aware Political Team Lead to head our PR Services Department at Dominant PR under VsnapU. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities, deep understanding of Chhattisgarh’s political ecosystem, and proven expertise in political media, communication, and content strategy. This role demands strategic planning, reputation management, digital influence building, and real-time narrative shaping across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the PR team to ensure smooth execution of all political media and communication strategies.

-Oversee the PR Services Department with responsibility for planning, execution, and team performance.

-Develop and drive political narrative building, image building, and reputation enhancement for clients.

-Stay updated with Chhattisgarh political news, media trends, daily developments, and on-ground activities for timely content and strategy formulation.

-Create, guide, and monitor content strategies across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, in-house content, and third-party IPs.

-Manage and grow our political digital platforms, including Khabri Chai (294K followers, 20M reach), ensuring impactful content and audience engagement.

-Oversee digital media operations, including campaign planning, political advertising, video content, and social media positioning.

-Develop PR plans and coordinate with media houses, journalists, and influencers within CG to maintain strong networks.

-Maintain consistency in messaging and communication aligned with political objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in political media, PR, or political communication, preferably in Chhattisgarh.

-Proven experience in team leadership.

-Strong understanding of Chhattisgarh politics, media landscape, and regional public sentiment.

-Expertise in narrative building, image management, and strategic communication.

-Hands-on experience with content strategy, digital media operations, and political social media management.

-Ability to create and manage content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and IPs with third-party collaborations.

-Strong crisis management, damage control abilities, and proactive approach to risk mitigation.

-Excellent communication, political awareness, analytical skills, and multitasking ability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
