Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Political Advisor based in Varanasi. The Political Advisor will be responsible for analyzing political scenarios, providing strategic guidance, and supporting political campaigns. They will collaborate on policy research, draft communications, and provide insights on political trends. Additionally, the role involves engaging with stakeholders, maintaining networks, and contributing to the development of political strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Political Science, understanding political systems, and political frameworks
• Experience in Political Campaigns, including strategy-planning and implementation
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and assess political trends
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively
• Knowledge or experience in local politics in the Varanasi region will be an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field
