Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Invite HR leaders from top companies as guests to discuss employee productivity management, HR tech trends, and related topics.
  
• Develop original podcast concepts and scripts aligned with the companys brand and messaging.
  
• Conduct webinars on trending topics in HR technology.
  
• Research industry trends to identify relevant and engaging themes.
  
• Write compelling and informative scripts for podcast episodes.
  

Production:

• Record and edit podcast episodes using industry-standard video and audio editing tools.
  
• Host and interview guests, ensuring insightful and engaging conversations.
  
• Ensure professional-quality audio and video production, including post-production.
  

Distribution & Engagement:

• Manage podcast distribution on YouTube and other relevant platforms.
  
• Track and analyze podcast performance metrics to improve reach and impact.
  
• Engage with listeners through social media and professional communities.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a

  podcast creator, host, or audio/video producer

• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
