Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Invite HRs of top companies to discuss topics like Employee Productivity Management and HR Tech trends. Develop original podcast concepts and scripts. Conduct webinars on trending HR tech topics. Research and gather relevant industry insights. Write informative and engaging scripts. Production: Record and edit podcast episodes using industry-standard video editing software. Interview guests and provide valuable industry perspectives. Ensure high-quality audio production and post-production. Distribution: Manage podcast distribution on YouTube. Monitor and analyze podcast performance metrics. Engage with listeners via social media and online communities. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a podcast creator or audio producer. Strong storytelling and content creation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software. Knowledge of podcasting platforms and distribution. Additional Skills (Preferred): Understanding of workforce management and productivity. Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
