Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the creative direction and storytelling vision across all core video verticals.
  
• Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to editors, scriptwriters, motion designers, and colorists.
  
• Collaborate with the Video Director to produce flagship long-form and high-value branded content.
  
• Create and own

  decks, moodboards, and visual blueprints

  for campaigns and internal presentations.
• Oversee creative quality across multi-location teams, ensuring brand consistency and clarity.
  
• Identify creative gaps, develop new content formats, and pilot innovations aligned with brand strategy.
  
• Build a culture of creative clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement across the content function.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 7–12 years

  of experience in

  video direction, creative leadership, or content strategy

  .
• A strong

  portfolio of directed or creatively guided work

  — ads, documentaries, educational content, or digital-first video formats.
• Proven experience crafting and presenting

  creative decks, pitches, and storytelling frameworks

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  content strategy for YouTube, Reels, and branded storytelling

  .
• Experience collaborating with

  post-production teams

  (editing, sound, motion, QC).
• Leadership style grounded in

  clarity, empathy, and creative empowerment

  .
• Ability to manage fast-moving projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  

Bonus Skills

• Background in

  EdTech, youth brands, or media startups

  .
• Expertise in

  visual hierarchy, scripting flow, and scalable content frameworks
