Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production Support

• Shadow the senior production team to learn Frido’s creative workflow.
• Assist in preparing pre-production documents such as:
• Shot lists
• Script breakdowns
• Prop lists
• Shoot schedules
• Basic location planning
• Coordinate with the creative and production team to ensure smooth prep.

On-Set Assistance

• Support senior directors during UGC and product video shoots.
• Help coordinate talent, camera crew, lighting team, and production assistants.
• Ensure smooth shoot operations by managing props, setups, and team communication.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor on-set challenges quickly and professionally.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality during shoots.

Post-Production Coordination

• Work with editors and post-production teams to share footage, notes, and feedback.
• Review initial cuts and help ensure edits match the shoot objective.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and delivery support.

Requirements

• Quick learner with a strong willingness to grow in video production.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during fast-paced shoots.
• Creative mindset with a basic understanding of visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of:
• Cameras

• Editing workflows
• Experience or internship in:
• Social media content
• D2C brand videos
• UGC-style shoots
