Job Description

Role: Pod Spanner Support

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: Full time


Key Responsibilities include:

Support Scope:

  • Ticket Volume: ~200 tickets per month (YAQs + Buganizer) 
  • Coverage: 24x5 (Monday to Friday) 

 

Required Skills:

Mandatory:

  • Strong experience in API development using Go (Golang). 
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance. 
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bazel, YAML, or Terraform. 
  • Basic understanding of database design and schema concepts. 
  • Solid debugging experience with logs and monitoring tools across complex systems. 

 

Nice to Have (especially for candidates with Google experience):

  • Experience working with Annealing rollout stack or Prodspec build pipeline. 
  • Familiarity with Server Platform Pod/Boq fundamentals. 
  • Knowledge of Ganpati groups and how they are used to manage access and permissions in internal Google systems.
