PMO/Senior Consultant Specialist

 

o Monitor portfolio level health dashboard and ensure compliance with Tech guidance
o Help leads with Resource planning and scheduling, forecasting and next year planning o Support delivery and financial reporting structure across global business and functions. Facilitating the meetings, documenting the actions, following up on the pending actions, manage communicate with the stakeholders o Support the preparation for the Annual Planning Cycle helping leads with estimation process, communicate key updates/timeline from business and resolve queries o Ensuring project clarity status reporting is submitted at the end of every month that reflects the latest position o Facilitating clear communication channels between stakeholders and project managers to ensure alignment of goals, expectations & activities throughout the project lifecycle. o Progress deliverables against the agreed operating rhythm and planning calendar o Supporting Portfolio Deep Dives, and associated documentation sets. o Engagement with stakeholders and maintenance of working relationships with key contacts in the program management community o Review risk assessments for initiatives, raise relevant RAIDs in central reporting system (Clarity and Jira) Act as single point of contact for all program/portfolio support to ensure adequate governance is maintained as per the organizational standards
