Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO Consultant with a strong background in supporting large-scale transformation programs across global organizations. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in managing complex, multi-functional projects and is comfortable working in dynamic environments with cross-border teams and senior stakeholders. The role demands a balance of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and proficiency in project governance tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end execution of enterprise-wide transformation programs involving multiple business functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Operations, IT).
  • Act as a key liaison across project teams, business units, and Steering Committees, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely decision-making.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly project meetings, and scrum ceremonies where applicable to track progress and resolve blockers.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project artifacts including Gantt charts, milestone trackers, risk and issue logs, RAID registers, and status reports.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of weekly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, audit requirements, and reporting protocols.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocations; escalate deviations and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures to support program delivery and change adoption.
  • Support change management activities including training coordination, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by contributing to PMO process enhancements, knowledge sharing, and lessons-learned sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, management, technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of project management and/or PMO experience, preferably within global consulting firms or large multinational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level transformation initiatives or global rollouts.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Agile/Scrum.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with senior executives and global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
