PMO Project Coordinator

PMO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the

  Practice-level P&L

  , providing monthly updates and variance analysis.
• Track

  project status and delivery health

  through regular cadence meetings and status updates.
• Support

  revenue forecasting

  and perform

  actual vs forecast comparisons

  across projects and services.
• Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to ensure

  timely and accurate billing

  .
• Perform

  P&L analysis

  to support decision-making at the leadership level.
• Monitor and report on

  resource utilization

  across projects and identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain

  resource allocation

  plans and highlight over/underutilization trends.
• Support

  CapEx and OpEx planning

  and track expenses against the approved budget.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly

  revenue reports

  , dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Drive

  budget planning and forecasting

  exercises for the upcoming financial year.
• Present insights, reports, and recommendations through

  PowerPoint presentations

  for leadership reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in

  PMO, FP&A, or practice operations

  within the

  IT services industry

  .
• Strong command over

  Microsoft Excel

  (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling) and

  PowerPoint

  (executive presentations).
• Excellent verbal and written

  communication skills

  , with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support high-performing teams.
• Experience of using one or more

  project management tools

  like MS Project, Zoho Projects, Trello, Monday.com and end user experience of SAP or Oracle is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in finance MBA/MCA/Mcom
• Prior experience supporting technology practices or IT service lines.
