As a PMO Executive at Zycus, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the organization by establishing and maintaining project management standards, practices, and guidelines. Your responsibilities will include providing structure, support, and monitoring to project teams and stakeholders, aligning projects with strategic objectives, and ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Support the day-to-day operations of the Engineering team in an Agile Product Delivery environment. - Assist the PMO Lead and Directors with the full delivery lifecycle, record-keeping, and reporting. - Ensure Quality Assurance for processes, documentation, and customer satisfaction initiatives. - Manage key initiatives aligned with organizational goals, focusing on standardization, accreditation, and business processes. - Assist with Agile tools, resourcing requests, and tracking project status, priorities, and KPIs. - Maintain a talent map for resource allocation and foster communication across teams. - Ensure project governance, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management while promoting PMO standards and best practices. Key Qualifications: - Any Graduate or Post Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role. - Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Salesforce, or similar. - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience supporting Agile Management Teams. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in data manipulation within spreadsheets. - Experience with Jira is a plus.
