We at Kritikal Solutions looking for an Energetic PM -Embedded: Work Location: Noida sec 125 Immediate Joiners apply only Exp:7 Years+ Exp required Minimum Academic Qualification: BE/BTech/ in Electrical Electronics, Electronics Communication from a reputed Institute MS Preferred. Years of Experience: 10 + Years experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in development WITH Embedded. Role and Responsibilities: Independently work with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements for various projects. Managing multiple projects. Prepare Project plan, Work Breakdown Structure, Risk Plan, Communication Plan, SoW, etc Lead, plan, and track all phases/Milestones of the product/project lifecycle to ensure on-time and in-budget delivery. Project resource management i.e. resource utilization monitoring and forecast. Assign tasks to engineers, and create and assign user stories, based on skills, experience, and availability. Initiate design reviews, evaluate risks, and propose risk mitigation plans. Present project schedules, and updates to the clients and internal other stakeholders. Manage and track project timesheets and Invoicing. Essential Skills: Experience in handling Embedded Projects (At least last 5 years in Project Management / Stakeholder Management role) Past Experience in handling multiple projects concurrently; should have successfully handled at least 2-3 complete life cycle projects in the role of project manager Experience in agile and iterative project management methodology. Strong process management, project management, configuration management, and team handling skills. Willingness to provide hands-on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects forward Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience in embedded domain e.g.: Microcontroller, FPGA, Processors, Hardware Lifecycle. Excellent Presentation and Communication skills Hands-on experience with MS Projects and Microsoft Excel suite. Good Customer Interaction skills Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect the business requirements Experience in pre-sales support, scoping, estimation & and coordination with the sales team and prospects Experience in delivering projects on time & and within budget.
