FMCG or CPG Experience is must or ,
MBA from tier-1, /tier -2 business college is must
Experience in working in D&A or Digital transformation projects
Experience of deriving insights from large business data sets with Excel (PowerbI, Alteryx, SQL skills bonus)
Hands on experienceeliciting requirements during real time collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong consulting skills
Experience in preparation of strategic project/product roadmap
Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases
Ability to present and explain project specific information to diverse types of audiences
Strong ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps (""As-Is/To be"") flows and diagrams
Ability to research, classify, and prioritize business, user and functional requirements
Solid skills effectively managing multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment
